The specific deliverables, timelines, and investment tiers (Growth, Authority, Enterprise) will be outlined in a separate, customized Project Brief or Statement of Work (SOW) provided to you before any development begins.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing:
- Your Content: You retain full ownership of all logos, text, images, and brand assets you provide to us for the project.
- Our Architecture: Upon full payment of your project invoice, you are granted a license to use the final website and its custom code for your business. EdensCode retains the rights to our proprietary code libraries, custom React components, and underlying engineering architecture used to construct the platform.
4. Financial Terms & Governance
Pricing for our engineering ecosystems is determined by the technical complexity and scope outlined in your Project Brief.
- Milestones: Standard engagements require an initial deposit to commence engineering, with remaining balances tied to deployment milestones.
- Governance Plans: Monthly Technical Governance or SEO maintenance plans are billed on a month-to-month basis unless a longer term is explicitly agreed upon. You may cancel these ongoing services at any time with a 30-day written notice.
5. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Disclaimer
While EdensCode engineers platforms utilizing the highest standards of Technical and Semantic SEO, search engine algorithms (like Google) are proprietary and constantly evolving. Therefore, we do not guarantee specific numerical rankings or immediate traffic increases. Our commitment is to deliver a structurally flawless, high-authority digital foundation optimized for maximum search visibility.
6. Prohibited Activities
You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us. You agree not to:
- Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Site to create or compile a database or directory without written permission from us.
