EdensCode was built from both sides of the business. I've spent years learning software and programming, but I've also operated a local business myself. That combination changed the way I think about what a business website should actually do.
Where It Started
Before EdensCode, I spent three years operating a local cell phone repair business in Houston. I learned firsthand what it means to compete for local customers, manage overhead, build trust, and depend on a steady flow of new business.
During that time, the business earned more than 400 five-star customer reviews. But there was one part of the business that never worked the way I wanted it to: the website. It looked like a website, but it rarely generated customers.
From Software to the Web
My background in programming started years before EdensCode, learning languages like Python and Swift and building small software and iOS projects. When it came time to rethink the website for my own business, my first instinct was to approach it more like an application.
That project introduced me to a different side of development: search. I started learning how SEO, content, site structure, performance, and user experience work together to help a business actually get found and turn visits into action.
Why EdensCode Exists
Somewhere along the way, rebuilding that website became more exciting to me than reopening the business itself. What started as solving my own problem became EdensCode.
Today, I combine the interaction and usability I learned from software with the structure, search visibility, and conversion strategy a business website needs. The goal isn't simply to make a website look good. It's to make every part of the experience work together.

A website also needs to be understood before it can be discovered. We structure content, services, locations, internal links, and technical signals so search engines and emerging AI discovery systems can clearly understand the business behind the website.
But structure should never come at the expense of the person reading it. Content is written and designed to be useful to people first — not to create walls of keywords or machine-generated filler.

We continuously evaluate new technology, including AI-assisted development tools, when it can improve our workflow or the finished product. Technology can make parts of development faster, but it doesn't decide what should be built.
Architecture, design direction, user experience, search strategy, and final implementation are shaped and reviewed by a developer. We don't build on autopilot.
